I upgraded from NU 15 to NU 16 and I can't get 1-Step Optimization to stop removing my recent files lists in MS Office 2012 programs. I am running Windows 7/64 bit.

To keep the recent documents lists in Microsoft Office, please follow the steps below.
1. Launch "Norton Utilities 16"
2. Select "Privacy"
3. Select "Clear Your Third-Party Software Traces"
4. Uncheck "Microsoft Excel", "Microsoft Word", "Microsoft Access" and so on
5. Click "Save Choices"
6. Click "Clean Plug-ins" to see if the problem persists.
