Sorry for the double program issues.
NU: Whether I click on the icon on the desktop, from the Start Menu, or the Notification Area of Windows 7, it will do nothing. There are no error messages. It just doesn't do anything. I've also noticed that Windows 7 has it in compatibility mode with the shield on the icon, but when you go into the compatibility settings it isn't check marked. Norton Utilities is also prompting me all the time to run scans when I had set it to not prompt when I initially installed it. I'm uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times and I can't get it to load.
NIS: Norton Internet Security does not remember its settings under Identity Safe and frequently does not load the username and passwords like N360 did. I'm also having to add the same usernames and passwords again and again.
I'm sorry I skipped upgrading to Norton 360 v4 and getting these two programs which are not 100 percent compatible with Windows 7. My next upgrade will not be with anymore Norton products.
