In June 2009 I bought Norton Internet Security 2009 (NIS) bundled with Norton Utilities 14.5 (NU). After my reinstall (August 2010), I went to reinstall my Norton Products. I found my NIS activation code in my Norton Account, but there is absolutely no information regarding my purchase of NU. Now, NU will not activate (because I have no activation code). I don't have the e-mail from last year with my activation code, silly me, I thought it would be saved in my Norton Account.
Also, I chatted with Norton online help, and they told me they couldn't help me because to them, it looks like I didn't buy it in the first place, and "sorry for the inconvenience". Feeling angry and completely srewed out of my money now.
Any opinions of what I can do?
