I purchased NU on line and was able to install it on my windows 7 laptop. I have been unable to do the same on my Vista laptop. It keeps asking for a 25 key character code instead of 32. It is also not showing on my account summary. I have Deluxe Security and now Norton Utilities. It is only showing the security suite on my list of products. I do meet the requirements for Vista. Any advice will be appreciated
