On 11/4/12 I installed Norton Utilities on my laptop, and when it was done performing it's task, my toolbar was gone that contained Identity Safe. I have tried all remedies and cannot get it to show. There is one place that asked me for the address of the toolbar, and I have no idea what it wants. My question is, if I reinstall Norton internet security, will I lose the passwords that are in identity safe?
