Norton utilities - annoying side effects of disk clean

Hi all,

 

I have the latest (V.16) version, though it happened with all versions.  When I do a disk clean and restart, the bookmarks toolbar is missing and the print icon and clear cache icons are missing, requiring View/Toolbars action to restore them.  In case it matters, the add-ons affected are:

 

Clear Cache Button 0.9F and Print/Print Preview (update) 0.7.7
