This is my first time using this. I cannot find a forum to help with Utilities, so I am requesting help here, since Norton does not seem to have a help desk for this. When I run the registry scan tool on my XP Pro operating system, it crashes the system during the deep scan portion of the scan. So I have never been able to complete a scan and have the tool fix the many errors that have been found up to that point. What can I do?
