I have recently purchased Norton Utilities 15 and can't get the scan to complete. Everything seems fine until the deep scan starts and then the scan stops and won't go any further, no matter how long I leave it. The file that seems to be the one that it is stuck on is: HKEU_USERS\ ....................................Software\Microsoft\Speech\Recognizers.
Hopefully you can help me to solve this and complete the scan
