Has anyone else had this stupid problem with norton utilities? I look at my system health and it says that my system health is low. I look at the bottom chart that shows disk repair and underneath it it shows disk defrag. For both of them is shows that I haven't done it in over a year. I click on "take me there" to do it. It takes me to Norton disk doctor. I do the check disk, repair disk and surface scan. Then I click on health report again and it still shows that it hasn't been done in a year. I figure maybe I need to restart my computer. I do that and no change. I go back into "take me there" and click on history, it shows that I just did it, but it never registers in the system health report. I've tried doing it three times to no avail. I can't find anywhere on Nortons website to for customer support for their product except "let the experts do it for you". I'm quite annoyed. Any suggestions?
