I just bought NU 15.0 with my renewed NIS today. From the start, NU 15.0 could not be downloaded and now the download button is gray ("void") even though I've just bought the software. My Norton Account doesn't even have NU 15.0 listed in Products menu. There is also No Automatic Renewal for NU 15.0. It can only be seen in my Order History, along with the annoying gray download button. Please re-send me a new download or a $8.70 refund for NU 15.0, thanks.
