Norton Utilities Premium install says it installed a file trojan

I got a pop up from Norton saying to download Norton Utilities Premium.  So I did.  But my other programs say it added  malware

activesync.exe which contained Trojan/Win32:HighScore.AI!2!80  Is this normal or what is going on?
