I was using the Startup Optimizer in Norton Utilities Premium, under potentially unwanted items. Under the Community Choice column it indicates thumbs up or thumbs down. What does this mean?

The thumbs up and down refer to the % of NUP users that feel the item is useful or not. You can use that information to help you decide if you want to keep or turn off each item.
