I hope the problem that I have is somewhat simple, this morning as usual I ran my NU16 and to my surprise got the attached error.
OK, so the first thing I did was run Smart Update, but was told that my product is "up-to-date". The next thing I did was try to re-install NU16 from my original download, but got the reply that I already had the latest version installed. Finally, I tried to find the latest online version of NU16 to download, i.e. Norton Update, but have been unsuccessful.
Now for a bit of background info, I use WinXP Pro SP3 as my O/S (and have no plans to change it). I have always used NU, since version 14 and upgraded to 16 at the earliest opportunity, and have never had any problems until today.
I guess what I actually need is a link to the latest version of NU16 so that I can correct the problem that has occurred.
