When I run "Clean Registry" it detects 38 problems with "HKEY_Local_Machine\software\macfee\..... When I click on "repair" Norton does not repair them.
What is the problem? What do I need to do?.

You can follow the steps below and send me the scan.log file. Once I get the file I can proceed to instruct you on what to do next.
Step 1: Safe Mode with Networking scan:

1. Shut down the computer
2. Press the power button on the computer to start it
3. Immediately begin pressing the "F8" key on your keyboard repeatedly (several times a second)
You will eventually be presented with a list of boot options you can use to start Windows in.
4. Using the cursor keys on the keyboard, select "Safe Mode with Networking" and press ENTER
5. Login in to your account (if asked)
6. When prompted if you want to continue to work in "Safe Mode with Networking", select "YES".
(while the computer is running in Safe Mode With Networking)
7. Start NU16
8. Select "Performance"
9. Select "Clean Your Registry"
10. Select "Complete Registry Scan"
11. Select "Start Scan"
If the issue persists, please proceed to "Step 2" below.
Step 2: Send NU 16 "scan.log":

1. Reboot your computer to "Normal Mode"
2. Start NU 16
3. Select "Performance"
4. Select "Clean Your Registry"
5. Select "Complete Registry Scan"
6. Select "Start Scan"
7. Perform a second "Clean Your Registry" scan
8. At the completion of the second scan, DO NOT select "Repair"
9. Select "Settings"
10. Select "Registry"
11. Select "View Log Files"
12. Attach the "Scan.log" text file from the “Log” folder to your reply to this thread.
As soon as we receive the "Scan.log", we will analyze it and inform you when we have the results.
*NOTE: The default location the "Scan.log" file is saved to is shown below.
C:\Program Files\Symantec\Norton Utilities 16\log\
