Hello, I just downloaded Norton Utilites 15 and am having a problem doing a system scan.
While doing the scan the computer stops at the file
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Krnlprov.KernelTraceProvider\curver
It appears to be scanning, but I have let it sit on this file for over an hour and it will not go any further.
I have tried the scan twice now.
Looking for some advice. I am running Windows 7.
