Norton Verlängerungs Popups deaktivieren, wie?

Norton geht mir einfach nur noch auf den Zeiger. Ich bekomme ständig Popups, mindestens ein mal am Tag, dass ich verlängern soll, Abo läuft in 40 Tagen aus etc. Ich habe ein 10er Abo, alle bekommen täglich diese Nachricht, irrsinnig. Das ist belästigend und wird von mir nicht belohnt.

Ich habe mir schon lange eine Verlängerung gekauft, weil ich nicht in Nortons Abofalle laufen werde. Wer verlängert bitte für nen viel teureren Preis, wenn ich 10 Lizenzen bei Amazon für unter 20 Euro bekomme…

Für mich steht auch fest, dass ich in Zukunft kein Norton mehr kaufen werde.

Nervige Popups, kein direkter Kontakt zum Support. Das reicht, solche Unternehmen unterstütze ich nicht, die man nicht mehr erreichen kann.

So Frust los geworden.

Hat jemand eine Lösung die Popups zu deaktivieren, ich vermute es ist noch möglich? Würde ja jetzt schon meine Verlängerungscode eingeben, aber dann verschenke ich viele Abo-Tage, weil die dann verloren gehen, auch ein Unding

1. Ouvrez l’interface principale de Norton 360
2. Cliquez sur “Paramètres”
3. Cliquez sur l’onglet “Notifications”
4. Désactivez “M’envoyer des notifications promotionnelles (voir capture d’écran ci-dessous)
5. Fermez l’interface principale de Norton 360

Das funktioniert leider nicht, heute wieder die Benachrichtigung erhalten. Ich werde Norton nicht wieder kaufen, lasse mich nicht täglich belästigen über 50 oder 60 Tage, nein Danke. Echt unglaublich wie man so vorgehen kann, da nervigste Produkt ever.

Auch der Chat funktioniert nicht, angeblich habe ich kein aktives Abonnement…:

Und wenn ich doch irgendwie zum Chat komme, scheiter die AI, und es kommt kein echter Mensch in den Chat…

EDIT:

Über den Chat konnte ich es dann doch lösen, es wurde der neue Code eingegeben, und die alten Tage des Abos dazu gutgeschrieben. Somit wurde bereits verlängert, ohne Tage zu verlieren, somit Benachrichtigung weg.
