Norton Version Upgrade to V22 - no longer offered?

Hi,

As a PC tech, I have clients using the N360 on my recommendation.  They are accustomed now to upgrading to the newest version.

However, current attempts to run the Version Check have returned 'you have the latest version' response, even though V22 has been available for a month or so now.

Is there an official comment from Symantec - so I could share a link with my clients - that explains their change in policy?

FYI - as for me and many of my clients - we run the Comcast-branded N360 equivalent Norton Security Suite.

Do Norton insiders ever jump in and contribute here?
