Just had the offer to include Norton Virus Removal Assurance in my renewal for the low price of £6.99. Am confused as to whether it covers all computers under the subscription (a 5 user licence) or just 1. If it's only 1, how do I add the others and what price would I be charged?
It's tempting as it's a much lower price than a single removal session and would more than pay for itself instead of a single $99.99 or £ equivilant.

J'avais souscrit ce service afin de faciliter l'installation par une personne peu habituée.
Hélas !
Le service est bien proposé à la vente sur le site officiel Norton avec une brève desciption.
Puis plus rien.

Pas clair du tout sur le site
En effet c'est très peu clair.
Mon frère auquel j'avais offert le programme, a téléphoné à un des numéros renseignés sur le site.
Il s'est tout simplement fait snobé et envoyé sur les roses par un opérateur assez arrogant.
Ce qui m'a assez étonné de la part de Symantec.
Ce n'est pas bon pour l'image de marque de la société. Laquelle vend un excellent produit.
Je conçois parfaitement qu'une assistance gratuite est presque toujours source d'abus.
Et c'est pour cela que j'avais souscrit à une intervention rémunérée.

Thanks for pointing me to that link. Would have gone there next but had found very little on the internet about this new service.
For those who may read this, I had an immediate answer and was told it would be available for all PC's on my subscription.
