NORTON VPN blocking ALL traffic - help housebound disabled

Issue abstract: Norton 360 VPN blocking even access to Norton 360 app

Detailed description: Started using Norton VPN after constant badgering pop ups from Norton. Yesterday it took control of my wifi - even though I used other laptop to reboot router and internet is working fine but it won’t let me access the Norton 360 app on my main laptop. Help please, a bit elderly and totally housebound
Gladly throw my Zimmer through Norton mainframe if someone lend me an arm

What is the error message you are seeing? NOTHING can’t even open Norton 360 app

Have you restarted your computer since you started seeing this?

Try right clicking the Norton icon in the System Tray at the bottom right of your screen and if the VPN is running click on Turn off VPN. See if that allows you to access your Norton again.
