Hi, I need help installing Norton VPN that supposedly comes bundled with Norton Deluxe subscription. The problem is that I can't download or otherwise activate the Norton VPN, since when trying to download it from the web site I'm being required to buy Norton VPN subscription despite the fact that the subscription is supposed to come bundled with my Norton 360 Deluxe subscription. Likewise when trying to install Norton VPN from the MyNorton page in the program, I don't see an option to install Norton VPN, or any mention of Norton VPN for that matter.
I'm using the Norton on my Windows 10 with Norton Deluxe trial license. Is it possible that Norton VPN is inaccessible because it's only available on paid license?

No, your active Norton account is for any/all your Norton products.
Sorry, I forgot ...you setup a Norton account for the Trial.
Use that Norton account if you want your paid Norton subscription associated with that Norton account.
Important: You can renew an existing subscription with a new product key only if you have less than 60 days left for the current subscription to expire. After you renew with a new product key, any remaining days in your current subscription is lost.

You will have the same email account with Norton but you will enroll the new product key and create a new subscription. Then you can download the full product and install.
Removing the trial product might prevent some issue with those options being left on your PC. It might not be necessary to remove the trial as BJM_ notes but support can help you there.

Also the letter contained a link that I was supposed to use in case I had any questions regarding license activation. Then ask Norton support to confirm the product features included with your product key, your location.

I'm urging remove Trial because that how I would transition from any trial to paid subscription product.
Please ask Support if you can enter product Key from installed Trial product to activate your online store subscription.
You would uninstall the trial product completely before installing the new product key. You can use the Norton removal tool at https://www.norton.com/nrnr
If you click on the link it will begin the download of the removal tool immediately.

You could be right, because I checked the email that I got when I activated the trial license and the e-mail was in russian. But I have purchased the commercial license. It's just not activated yet, so when the trial gets close to ending I'll enter that serial key. I hope the VPN access is there, because the license that bought definitely has VPN license in it too. I just fear that because my trial license didn't have VPN then I'm not getting the VPN even when I enter the license that has VPN included too.
I'm living in Ukraine, and I haven't yet installed the commercial license. I'm using the trial license. Maybe it will work with the commercial license?
Does anyone else in the forum know if the VPN is available for Ukraine geo-location? Does anybody else here have any info about the trial version? Is it the same as the full version?
