Same issue here however it did work previously and works on my ipad. Norton has changed something. I am not impressed
Hi folks,
We apologize for the inconvenience.
It is a known problem for both standalone VPN and N360 for iOS. The standalone VPN app issue has been resolved via 4.22.1 (please let us know if you still see problems), while the N360 update v2.117, which contains the fix, is pending Apple’s review. We expect the N360 update to be approved soon and should go live on the App Store.
I found the update on the Apple App Store and updated to the new version. It works fine now.
Can someone explain how to get the Norton VPN update from the Apple App Store? All I get is an opportunity to download as if I’m just now buying it
Hello @Terry_Carter

Just keep trying. It can take a day or two to get the updates to all the app store servers.
Are you updating Norton 360 or the standalone VPN app?
Hi. I posted the problem of not being able to change the region on VNP 10 days ago. I reinstalled the app but no change, so I just left it unfixed. When I checked today, suddenly there is no issue anymore. No idea why.
See the post above from Norton employee ian.GenDigital.
I had the same issue, solved with the upgrade. Thanks
