Norton VPN Support is Outrageous

I have never in my entire web experience had such a seriously terrible service. Never. My Norton VPN is not working and I have called support FOUR times during the past week with no resolution so far. Each time I call they either don’t fix the problem, disconnect me from their help feature, tell me to stay on the line and disconnect me, and promise to call back the next day to no avail. They don’t call and the problem remains. Very sad, very bad. Must cancel.

FWIW ~

  1. Cannot turn ON VPN. i.e. Nothing happens when we click the "Turn ON" button on the Norton 360 dashboard – KB: Fix problem opening Norton Secure VPN
     
  2. Unable to launch NSV UI. i.e. There is no "Open" drop-down menu for VPN on the Norton 360 dashboard or nothing happens when we try to launch VPN via system tray icon – KB: Fix problem opening Norton Secure VPN
     
  3. VPN stays at connecting forever – KB: Fix problem with Norton Secure VPN screen if it stays at "Connecting"
     
  4. VPN tries to connect and disconnects immediately or VPN getting turned off automatically :

    (Norton 360 VPN) : Enable Symantec TAP driver from ncpa.cpl or device manager

    Try below steps for Norton Secure VPN app for Android or iOS : 

     - Turn ON and Turn OFF Airplane mode.
     - Sign-out and sign-in to Norton Secure VPN and check.
