Norton Vulnerability Protection 11.1.1.5-2 incompatible with Firefox 18

Firefox 18 on a Windows 7 Pro pc seems to show Norton Vulnerability Protection 11.1.1.5-2 as incompatible with Firefox 18, but the Norton Toolbar is not disabled.  I use another pc with XP and the Norton Vulnerability Protection 11.1.1.5-2 is not disabled and is compatible with Firefox 18.

 

Any suggestions on how to enable Norton Vulnerability Protection on the Windows 7 pc?

I checked again and Norton Vulnerability Protection shows enabled in Firefox 18.  I am not sure why.  Maybe, a N360 update enabled the plugin.
