Norton Vulnerability - Threat Blocked (ARP?)

Hello Norton,

 

A vulnerability was blocked by Norton on my Mac. The name of the threat a Silent HTTP PE Down 80. From my own searching, it appears to be an ARP (lack for computer terminology) thing. What can I do to delete this threat and is my mac still safe?
