Norton Web Safe

Hello John

I will notify the Safe Web Team that your sites are ready to be verified and evaluated. Please stay tuned for a response from the Team maybe late tonight in this thread.

Thanks.

I have the meta tags in the sites.

Hello John

You have to get Meta Tag for each site like you did for the other site you just had done.

When you get the Meta Tag on each site, please let me know. Then I can check them and let the Safe Web Team know.

Thanks.

Thanks

Hello John Drake 99

https://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=Maids-4-you.com

Is this your website?

http://maids-4-you.com/  If this is the correct website, the Safe Web shows that it is rated as Green Go. They don't usually evaluate a site until it is verified. However, I couldn't find a Meta Tag either on the website now. The website that Cop posted, leads to a different address which doesn't seem to exist. The safeweb link that  I posted leads to the website I posted. If what I posted is the correct website, please place the Meta Tag so it is visible in your website. If I can see it, then I can notify the Safe Web Team.

Thanks.

They still haven't verified the ownership of the site.

Hello John Drake 99

Since your issue seems to be solved, could you please pick a post which solved it for you and mark that post as the solution.

Thanks.

Hi John Drake 99

We are not able to locate the safeweb metatag in your home page 'http://maids-4-you.com/'. You can also paste the code as plain text in your page so that we can manually verify your site. Once verified, you can remove the plain text from your page.

Hello John

If you have any issues with websites, just come to the Forum here and I or someone else will take care of the problem. I will notify the Safe Web Team that your website is ready to be verified and also re-evaluated. Please stay tuned to this thread for a report back from the Safe Web Team. If the website is clean, then the blockage will be removed.

Thanks.

I have placed the Meta Tag on the website. I have also changed the site to remove the pages that had the malware on them. I have an open ticket #[Removed]. I have tried chat support with no luck, they elevated the ticket to casemanager, I did not get a response and the ticket was forwarded to casemanager and still no response. I've bugged the Chat support some more and they said the ticket has been forwarded to the Engineering team. This has literally been going on since May 7th, a month! And you are the first person that has actually responded without me having to try to track down someone to answer this question. I can't log onto the site Norton keeps popping up with the site is blocked page.
