Hello. I just did a search this morning on Google on my ecrater store asuwishshop. All of my ecrater items have a yellow warning symbol next to them which is usually green. When I clicked on the symbol it says warning counterfeit goods reported by True Religion. I did another search to see that my fellow sellers on this site are listed that way also.
I have never sold any True Religion items all of my items are legit. Why is all of ecrater getting flagged this way instead of the individual seller/store?
This is completely unfair. Ecrater is just like Ebay. There are plenty of counterfeit items on there yet all of there items are not flagged.
I do not own Ecrater and cannot file a appeal. But I am a store owner and very upset that this has been done.
Can anyone tell me how to get this fixed? Thank you for helping me try to resolve this!
