Norton Websafe "re-evaluation is in progress... " status never clear even after 6 months

Hi, we really need help here.  Our website currently has bad rating, and since last year July I've trying to clear the bad rating on Norton Websafe, I managed to have our website re-evaluated and I've received an email the next day that stated "Analysis Complete", but we found out that there are 7 more pages with bad codes that still left, so we quickly deleted those pages that are found as threats on our site, but now the problem is that the "re-evaluation is in progress... " status never clear and we are unable to have our site re-evaluate the 2nd time.  I've email and chat with online chat support few times, never have this problem solved, the online chat support always want us to wait for the status clear itself (2 weeks or a month), but until today, it's been over 6 months and the status never clear and I never receive any emails back form Norton, this is getting very ridiculous, every other websafe like providers that responds and solves our issues within a week, and Norton is only one that can't solve our issues even after many contacts and wait time, please responds!
