Don't worry about the posts here.
Do you just want to delete the Wifi Privacy app? If you need help with this, you can contact Norton Support via online chat. They can process a refund for your purchase, and they can remotely control your computer and remove the product for you.

I cannot figure out how to delete this; since the problem looks complicated, and my husband had a stroke, I appreciate the time, but I don't have time to figure this out at the time...I want to delete this whole topic. Please...thanks, Susan
Hi, please run Windows updates till there are no more updates available. This should update your graphics card drivers. Mostly this should fix the "Sign In window is black" issue you are seeing.
In the meanwhile, can you please mention what OS and service pack your laptop is running and what is the graphics card. For this do the following:
- launch "Run" and type "winver". The corresponding window should display OS and service pack
-launch "Run" and type "devmgmt.msc". In the corresponding window search for "Display adapters". You will find the graphics card listed.
