thanks again, I went into program control, could not see the program there, so selected add, and finding the NWP program the select button is greyed out.. so cannot add it,,, as of this morning, i made some changes, re installed again (3times). changed password, rebooted my system, i had to sign in again to NWP, I even did a system restore back to a selected point,,, but it is now working, as it should,,, I could not say what part of the process got this to happen but I am happy for now that it was not a pure waste of money,,,

I am sorry peterweb, I forgot to put that,,, I have checked that,,, and now when I open it continues to try and connect then goes not secured, and closes,,,,,

Once you open NWP, click on the gear icon. Then check that Launch at Startup is checked.
