I installed Norton Wifi privacy using my user account on a laptop. My wife also has a user account on the same device. It does not appear that she has access to Norton Wifi privacy using her account? It appears the license is device not user specific. How do I correct this?
I have never figured out why the setup does not create icons in Start menu or on the desktop.

Thank you. I also pinned the run program to the start menu. Perhaps an improvement would be to have the install function place icons in the start menu for all user accounts on the device. Norton Security does it.
The Norton Wifi Privacy, NWP, installation is only required once per computer. All other users can also use the feature.
While logged into your wife's Windows user account, first look in the hidden icons in the System tray to see if the NWP icon is there. If it is, you can drag it to the main system tray. Then ensure that the setting to Launch at Startup is checked.
If you cannot find the icon, while still logged into her account, navigate to and run C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton WiFi Privacy\client\Norton Wifi Privacy.exe That should open NWP in your wife's user account.
