I was looking to get Norton WiFi Privacy however I used a Windows 10 Mobile smartphone and not sure if it will work with it. Do you have to install an app in order to use it or can you manual setup the VPN connection in the phone? Windows 10 Mobile allows you to create VPN connections in the Network Settings. On the Norton WiFi Privacy page https://us.norton.com/wifi-privacy it says in the systems requirements section that "Microsoft Windows 10 (all versions)" is supported. If it can't be used without an app then I would not consider it to be compatible with all versions of Windows 10 and consider it false advertising.
Before I purchase Norton WiFi Privacy can you manually set it up on a device without having to use an app?
