Thanks for reporting in Norton Community Forums. This could be due to the respective site like (www.espnfcasia.com) may be designed as geo-restricted content. I was able to repro this on my mobile device for one(first) time. However, when I refreshed the page, it loaded successfully in localized region page.
Eg. Here’s the experience.
This is something like the page has been designed to deliver the content based on the IP from the requested device. As a workaround try page refresh to load the page without any issues. Also, please try changing VPN region to website physical location country and see if issue reoccurs.

When i disconnect 'Norton Wifi Privacy". I can view the page without issue.
And if you turn on NWP right away, do you see the message again?

If you check the url in your mobile, you may see a slightly different url that is taking you to the mobile site.
When we had these issues in the fourms, it was the forum development team that had to fix it. Again, nothing on your computer.
but if i use my mobile to access the same url without "Norton Wifi Privacy" i can see the page display properly.
You need to contact the admins of the web sites you see this on. It is an error message from the server that the web site is hosted on.
It is nothing on your system that is causing this.

What web site are you trying to access when you get this error? We occasionally see this message when trying to access forum pages. It has nothing to do with NWP. More an issue with the specific web site.
