Norton won't allow calls to Allowed Contacts

I have Norton installed on my son’s phone. When his time is up, it won’t allow him to make calls to Allowed Contacts. They show up but when you tap on the name, nothing happens.

1. Device model and OS details

2. Does the phone has dual SIM?

3. Let us know whether the Child is able accept incoming calls from allowed contacts
