I have many times in the past two weeks gone to www.symantec.com/cancelongoingprotection and correctly filled out everything, only to be confronted with “We are unable to process your request. Please try again later.” I have tried and tried. I understand why Norton doesn’t want anyone to stop that $50 fee, but refusing to let anyone stop by just providing a dead-end web page constitutes…what? Is there anything else can I do to stop the never ending $50 yearly fee?
