For the past 4 days I haven't been able to open NIS almost every time I start up my computer. Clicking on the taskbar and desktop items does nothing and either does trying to open Norton through the start menu. If I restart my computer I can open Norton normally but once I shut down the problem is back when I start up again. Full system scans don't find anything but when I scanned using the get support feature Norton apparently autofixed and installation problem.
Going through my history I can also see some alarming error reporting submissions which I guess are the reason behind the problem. These are recorded as being high and critical severity so I'm a bit worried. Any ideas please?
