Norton Won't Reinstall

Issue abstract: Have Norton on 2 devices, was gone for a week, when I returned updated it on my Lenovo (Windows 11) but it wouldn’t recognize my subscription so I uninstalled. Now when I reinstall it says Error and won’t send report to Norton Lifelock, plus tried every tool (Norton Power Eraser, Remove and Reinstall, etc.) and has not changed anything.

Detailed description: Error message - “An error report has been created that you can send to NortonLifeLock. We will treat this report as confidential and anonymous. It will not be correlated with any personal identifiable information. To send this report to NortonLifeLock now, click Send (recommended).” When Send is clicked it loads, then displays the same messaged with - “An internet connection is required to send logs to NortonLifeLock. Please ensure you are connected and click Send.”

I am connected, is there a permissions or internet reason behind why the error? Completely in the dark after multiple attempts from completely uninstalling and deleting all Norton components, trying in safe mode, deactivating the license.

Hi, same happen to me, tried all recommended solutions, Norton still not installed.
Same error.

Do you / Did you have Norton Family installed or any other Norton products … other than Norton 360?
