I’ve had Norton for a couple of months now; I hardly every pay attention to it unitl today. I tried to run a virus scan and realized that Norton wouldn’t start—just the hour glass for a second and then nothing. At my taskbar, I see the Norton symbol with the green checkmark. I click it, and a blank white window comes up. Everything’s blank, even at the taskpane there’s no text, just Norton’s logo. I right click the icon, and It’s blank, just a small square pops up where text should be. I don’t know how long this has been going on, I just discovered it today. Please help me resolve this issue.
