I came to the Norton site for two reasons. #1 To find if Ghost 15 will do an incremental backup of a drive other than the boot drive (Ghost 14 won't). #2 To upgrade to version 15 if it did.
I was trying to find the upgrade price so I logged in and Norton acknowledged I owned a copy of Ghost 14. It then wanted to run an app to check for my current software. I ran it twice and both times it said I couldn't upgrade because it couldn't find Ghost on my computer.
Norton, I have a brand new state-of-the-art computer. It boots from an SSD (solid state drive). All my applications except for Firefox and Thunderbird are on my J drive. At the time your app checked, Norton was running in the background on my computer from the J drive!
Norton, I want nothing at all further to do with your company! You have no feeling what goes on in the real world and no concern for your customers. I just wasted over an hour of my day.
