A few days ago I installed the Big Sur upgrade on my Imac and Nortons won't now update viruses or scan. Keeps saying there is an error but no codes are given. The Imac is also completely flaky but that is a persistent problem with Apple upgrades (Catalina was unstable and Big Sur is no different). Any ideas?
