I w as on chat with 2 different people last night for 3 yes 3 hours and my Norton Anti virus is still not installed. However my checking account was deducted $60.31 on March 8. I am literally exhausted fooling around with this. What am I suppose to do? Why can no one install this????? I need some answers and soon.
