Norton360 Backup Fails due to encrypted file

My backup with Norton360 consistently fails due to being an encrypted.

However, it does not identify the file, so that I can exclude it from my backup.

How do I find this file?

Running:     Windows 8.1 x64

                    Norton360 v 21.7.0.11
