Norton360 Causes my computer to freeze

I went through technical support and I can confirm that Norton is causing the issue.  Within 5 min of rebooting my computer the system freezes.  I cannot turn on an application or close out of an application, the only function is moving my mouse.  I am required to restart the computer manually and then it will crash again.  If I uninstall Norton (which I have for a weeks time) I do not have that issue.  I have Norton installed on three other computers and they work find.  It doesn't matter if I have the VPN on or off, if I have internet explorer or chrom in use, the computer freezes.  Help!
