Recently, I encounter that my operation is being stacked. For example, the application can not be responded or the web browsing is stacked.
In these situations, if I check Norton360, its Device Security shows the scanning state. I can see this thing whenever I encounter the issue. And I encounter this issue really often these days. I attempted if reinstalling the Norton resolves the issue. Unfortunately it doesn’t resolve the issue. Isn’t there any option to resolve this issue?
What scanning state are you seeing in the 360 iOS app?
What app(s) are being affected? If they are internet based, it is possible that the Safe Web feature may be interfering. This has been reported in the past. For diagnosis purposed, try disabling the Safe Web feature and testing.
