I have 2 Dell computers and the issue that I'm having with Norton 360 concerns it's Tuneup section for (Internet Explorer Temporary Files) as it will not find anything to delete even after hours of web surfing?.Yet ccleaner works perfectly and I can also manually clean out the Browsing History on Internet Options. This problem was discovered earlier this year when I purchased a Dell Windows 8.1 computer and had another Norton 360 from Norton One installed on it.Norton Support investigated the matter fully and could not find out why that computer's 360/Tuneup/IETF would not work even after they uninstalled ccleaner, reinstalled Norton 360 among other tweaks?.I was told Norton 360 was working as it should and not to worry?.I had Norton 360 uninstalled and replaced with Norton Internet Security and Norton Utilities which work 100% on this Windows 8.1 computer. My other Dell computer which came with Windows 8 has another Norton360 which it's tuneup worked 100% but received Windows 8.1 in October,2014 and this earlier tuneup issue got rediscovered and again another Norton Support session said the Norton 360 is fine and not to worry?.But when I asked the Norton tech if other users have reported this issue concerning the IETF not working on N360 Tuneup on Windows 8.1 the tech said yes there were others?.Is there something to be done to fix this issue or do I need to uninstall Norton 360 on this other computer I have?. P.S. I like Windows 8.1; I was told Windows 8.1 has better security and stability than Windows 8 so I won't uninstall Windows 8.1 on the computer with the issue. The Dell Computer in question is fully updated with Windows 8.1,Norton360,IE,Chrome,Firefox and CCleaner and again everything was fine with Norton360/Tuneup until Windows 8.1 was installed.
