It seems that because some malicious files have been hosted on deviantart that some of it's sub domains are being blocked by NortonDNS. http://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=fc05.deviantart.net
Since this is a file/image hosting service and DNS can't block specific files, the domain should probably be whitelisted on NortonDNS.
