It seems that because malicious images have been hosted on photobucket that some of it's sub domains are being blocked by NortonDNS. http://safeweb.norton.com/report/show?url=i13.photobucket.com
Obviously this breaks major functionality (the ability to view images hosted on photobucket), since you cannot block specific files on the DNS level, photobucket.com should probably be added to a whitelist for NortonDNS, so we can view images once again.
