Is there an error message that will help point us in the right direction? BSODs can be caused by conflicting software, two antivirus scanners running at the same time, or even more commonly, video and other drivers.
What is your operating system and service pack level?
What is your version number of 360 under Help & Support - about.
I have the same problem, and it took a lot of diagnostics to figure out the problem. I even went as far as reformatting and rebuilding my XP pro installation. My BSOD crashes were in the 360 service, my ati drivers, usbport driver and another symantec driver.(and many unknowns) 0x8e oxc-5 0xa 0x7e and various others. Replace my vid card, swapped memory, nothing seemed to work. Ran memtest86 and microsoft memory checker. My asus a7n8xe-deluxe system prob showed voltages and temps in the correct range. Then all of the sudden my definitions would not update. I uninstalled n360, ran the norton removal tool and then (warning not for the newbies) used regedit to remove all symantec, norton and symevent references as well as a few other norton related file references. (careful don't pull the windows references that lets the os warn that norton is out of date).
I had a hunch my problem might have been memory related because of the IRQ_less_then_ etc messages and a few _bad_pool_caller messages. So I opened my box took a vornado home fan and pointed it in to cool the system, reinstalled and now its working fine.

It is the effort involved and the resolution that you describe that result in a signature like mine. Only computers can drive us so crazy.
