I rebuilt my computer with a reinstall of the OS back to Win 7 then immediately upgraded to Win 10. I then began to run my system updates and install my paid copy of Norton Internet Security 2015.
Once installed, NIS began to give me a message in the lower right corner that it was analyzing a file. I could 'x' it out then another file got analyzed then another then another. I puts up this message so often that I cannot click the down arrow to scroll down a webpage or my email.
I went into the Admin settings section and turned off many sections about notifications and alerts and whatever else I thought might pertain to this message.
So far, I am unsuccessful to stop this message from blocking m down arrow access.
