Nortons has been changing my credit card details for 5 years with out consent very fruadulent practice

I signed on with Nortons 360 in 2010, I provided a visa which expired in 2011. Since then we have change providers of security software. Recently i noticed a payment come off my visa from Nortons for $129.99. I called the help line and the operator was horrific At one stage when I questioned how they have taken payments off my visa for the past 5 years when it was expired in 2011, the call taker said that the card currently has an expiry of 2019 which is incorrect. So am I to assume that the company trying to make its image on security is basically illegally altering peoples credit card details to continue taking the money. I have spoke with my bank and they said i should consider making a fraud complaint against nortons.....I would not be writing however when I asked to speak with the call takers supervisor they stated there was none working which i'm again very doubtful about. I am highly disappointed that a company involved in security is using such dubious practices with regards to credit cards. I await to see if the call takers supervisor will call me bak in 24 hour or not.
