If I pay for this software, and my computer crashes, say in 6 months, why can't I go on line and download the product I paid for already, without the extra cost of insurance to keep it?
If I can only download it for a short time after I pay for it without the extra cost of insurance, then I will not buy your product. No other virus protection software does this and by the way, they are better products out there! I only used this because it came free with my new computer.
I have one day left with my free trial, if it is yes for the insurance then I will go else where.
